When was the last time you did something nice for a stranger?

When was the last time you did something nice for a stranger?

Have you ever received a random act of kindness from a stranger? Maybe someone paid upfront for your coffee or handed you their umbrella. I think there's one thing we can all agree on, and that is that little acts like this can really turn around a less than average day.

But there's another way to get the warm and fuzzies- and that's returning the favour and treating someone else to a random act of kindness.

That's the idea behind the Wake Up Project's "Kindness Cards."  The project aims to encourage kindness and happiness for both givers and recipients. The Wake Up Project distributes kindness cards so you leave a card and the recipient can pass it on. Essentially it's like the card a murderer leaves in a horror film, except without the horror and at least 1000% more kind.

You can make your own kindness cards or because the Wake Up Project's Kindness cards are free to order online, you can infect your office with a kindness bug or start a challenge amongst your friends without spending a cent!
